Your immune system is affected by the way you think and feel, what you eat, and how you live your life. Stress, oppression, poverty, alienation, lack of love, fear, anxiety and all the other negative emotions can weaken the immune system.

In order to build your immune system status we must activate the neuroendocrine system. We start with the Lymphoid system; thymus, spleen and lymph nodes. Self love and the thymus thump will start T cell production. Nutritional supplements, dietary changes, fasting and weight lifting will benefit the spleen. In a healthy person the immune system functions smoothly, neither overreacting nor underreacting. When the immune system is compromised due to emotional stress, poor diet, poor environment, and lack of love and being invaded by pathogens there is immune dysfunction. The compromised immune system is unable to resist further invasion by other pathogens. As the disease progresses, the individual begins to suffer the effects of his/her failing immune system. The body raises it temperature (fever) to kill the infection, and the lymph glands swell to filter out the pathogens. In time, the fever is prolonged, white blood cells are depleted, the lymph glands swell even more, and the individual experiences fatigue and weight loss.
